Account and sign-in help
If you can't sign in, try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If you used Sign in with Apple, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to create your ProgressRx account. Still stuck? Email johnsmith@recreateapp.com and we'll help.
How do I delete my account?
Open ProgressRx, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. If you'd rather have us handle it, email johnsmith@recreateapp.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion. Some information may be retained briefly for backups, security, or legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name to open your Apple ID, then choose Subscriptions and select ProgressRx. From there you can change plan, cancel, or view your renewal date. ProgressRx cannot directly cancel an Apple-managed subscription on your behalf.
How do I restore purchases?
If you previously purchased a subscription with the same Apple ID, open ProgressRx, go to Settings, and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Notifications and reminders
You can turn reminders on or off inside ProgressRx, in Settings. You can also manage notification permissions in iOS Settings > Notifications > ProgressRx. Turning notifications off does not affect your ability to use the rest of the app.
