Terms of Use
Effective: May 6, 2026
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProgressRx mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). "ProgressRx," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.
A. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
B. Description of Service
ProgressRx is a wellness and tracking companion app for people on GLP-1 medications. The Service helps you log doses, symptoms, meals, weight, measurements, and other personal wellness information, and may provide reminders, summaries, insights, and guided content. ProgressRx is not a medical device.
C. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must not use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited.
D. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at johnsmith@recreateapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
E. Medical disclaimer
ProgressRx does not provide medical advice. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of your clinician, prescriber, or other qualified healthcare provider. Always follow the guidance of your prescribing clinician. The Service is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency facility.
F. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the Service and for your own decisions. The Service may include estimates, patterns, or summaries that can be inaccurate; do not rely on them as the basis for clinical decisions.
G. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through the Apple App Store using in-app purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID for the subscription at the price displayed. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Pricing, free trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. ProgressRx cannot directly cancel an Apple-managed subscription on your behalf.
Where the app supports it, you can restore previously made purchases from inside the app. We do not offer external purchase links for premium features.
H. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
I. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you log in the Service, including notes, entries, and photos. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service for you.
J. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include providers for authentication and database (such as Supabase), subscriptions (Apple, RevenueCat), hosting (Cloudflare), dining or location data (Google Places or similar), and AI (where AI features are available). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
K. Intellectual property
The Service, including the ProgressRx name, brand, logos, software, content, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
L. No warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
M. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProgressRx and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and these may not apply to you.
N. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
O. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
P. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
